Brad Walker was raised in a miliary family, moving all around the country his entire childhood. After meeting his now wife, he laid his roots in Boise, Idaho in 2016. Idaho was clearly the best!
After a career in operations management managing distribution centers, retail stores, and hospitals, Brad discovered his true passion for real estate. He earned his real estate license in 2022 and jumped into the Boise market head first.
His focus has been aimed at new construction, investment properties and first-time home buyers. Brad’s real estate philosophy at its core is focused on education and building wealth. He believes in helping buyers and sellers attack each transaction with purposeful strategy. As well as help young people get their foot in the door to start building wealth for their future. His operations experience has proven to be valuable through his transactions with his focus on process, vendor coordination, and project management.

With a Master’s of Business Administration from Colorado State University, Brad brings extensive experience in finance, operations, project management, sales, and marketing. This coupled with his previous careers has helped his client’s complete smooth successful transactions from start to finish.
Brad lives in Star with his beautiful wife, and their two loving daughters. He enjoys exercising, anything that pushes him physically and mentally.
